Sacred Heart School of Glyndon, along with the other schools in the Archdiocese of Baltimore, utilizes PowerSchool for a variety of student data functions. Progress Reports are generated through one of those functions in this Student Information System program. One critical communication tool, called Parent Access, is available to all families at Sacred Heart School. Parent Access is an Internet application that allows parents to update certain contact information and to see grades for students in Grade 3 - Grade 8 in every major subject area throughout the school year.
Access Codes / Online Training Module:
On the first day of school, access codes will be sent home with new students in a letter to parents. Please view this PowerSchool Parent Access Training Module to learn how to use the codes you receive to link your student's information to an account you create for yourself. **Codes contained in your personalized letter WILL NOT directly log you in to PowerSchool. You MUST create your own account.**
This short video clip will help to explain how to set up a parent access account to view your student's grades and assignments on PowerSchool.
If you need to add a child to an existing account, please see the document How to Add a Student to an Existing Account.
