| Mrs. Wright
was born and raised in Annapolis where she attended St. Mary's
Elementary and High Schools. She received a bachelor’s degree in
Business Administration and a master’s degree in Education from
Loyola College in Baltimore. She also earned a master’s degree
in Business Administration from the University of Maryland. Before
teaching, Mrs. Wright worked with at-risk youth and coordinated a
program that involved youth in service to the elderly. She taught
religion and mathematics in grades 4-8 for 15 years and she also
served as a Catholic school administrator for 10 years. Mrs.
Wright believes that through education, the talents God has given each child
are developed. She is proud to be part of a school that has an outstanding
educational program, a strong commitment to community service, and where the
students are actively involved in a wide variety of service projects throughout
the year. Mrs. Wright and her husband, Brian, live in Glen Burnie where they
enjoy hiking and the outdoors. |
