Knott Scholar

We have another Knott Scholar at Sacred Heart School!
Eighth-grade student Graham Slemp has been awarded a full tuition four-year scholarship to Calvert Hall College High School.
The Knott Scholarship is a highly competitive award. There are only twenty-one fourth and eighth-grade student recipients in the entire diocese. Students must have scored in the 94th percentile or above in Total Reading, Total Mathematics and Language on a nationally standardized test given at the student's current school in spring of Grade 7 or fall of Grade 8.  They must have A’s in all subjects on their 1st and 2nd term progress reports.
Graham’s award brings recognition and honor not only to him but also to Sacred Heart School and our wonderful faculty.
I know our entire community joins with me in congratulating Graham and his family.
Way to go, Graham!
